1. Submit an application for employment. - 2. Upon review of the applications, a hiring manager will contact Human Resources indicating interest in specific candidate(s). A hiring manager or/and HR will contact an applicant to discuss a position to be filled, applicant’s qualifications, availability, position’s pay rate, and other job related information.
- 3. Based on the Hiring manager’s request, Human Resources will conduct a criminal background check and references check on those candidates who expressed interest in a position at COMANCO and whose qualifications matched company’s requirements and a job description.

4. Prior to employment or during employment COMANCO reserves the right to conduct drug testing. Physical examination may also be required for certain positions. COMANCO is a drug-free workplace: alcoholic beverages or drugs are forbidden while on the job and the use of alcohol or drugs may be grounds for discharge.

5. When an applicant is offered employment with COMANCO, he/she must provide COMANCO with the documents verifying identity and authorization to work in the United States (Form I-9).This requirement applies to all hires and includes U.S. citizens or nationals, resident aliens, and aliens authorized by Federal law or the U.S. Attorney General to be employed in the U.S. Additionally, all new hires will complete, sign, and submit to Human Resources form and agreements required by federal law and company policies (New Hire Packet).
